Notable humanitarian operations include provision of aid during the cyclones Aila, Fani, Amphan, and Yaas in South Bengal; floods and flash floods in West Bengal, Andhra Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Leh, and Ladakh; landslides in Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh; and the earthquake in Nepal. Considering the increasing frequency of natural disasters and global warming, the trust has developed a measured plan of action for emergency support to communities that may suffer in the future.
